Our fibre reed diffusers last up to 3 months when kept in the correct environment.

We currently ship all of our products via Royal Mails 48 hour tracked service, this is free on all orders over £50. For purchases under £50 we charge a flat rate of £4.

Placement is everything with a reed diffuser. For the best scent throw, position your diffuser in an area with gentle air circulation — a hallway, landing, or near a doorway works beautifully, as natural airflow helps carry the fragrance through your space. Keep it on a stable surface at mid-height (a shelf or side table is ideal) rather than floor level, where scent dispersal is less effective.

Avoid placing your diffuser near direct heat sources such as radiators, sunny windowsills, or fireplaces — heat accelerates evaporation and will significantly shorten the life of your diffuser. Similarly, steer clear of air conditioning vents, open windows, or high-traffic draughty areas, as constant strong airflow will burn through your fragrance oil far too quickly.

For longevity, flip your reeds once a week to refresh the scent — but resist the urge to flip them daily, as this depletes the oil faster. Store any spare reeds in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
